Outreach Sequences

Cold email for SEO agencies that argues from their own numbers

Enrol a list once. Each step makes a different argument built from that business's real data, sends from your own mailbox, and the whole sequence cancels itself the second a reply or a booking arrives.

Sends from your Gmail or SMTP, capped at 50 a day with human spacing.

Why it matters

What Outreach Sequences changes

Your domain, your replies

Connect Gmail in one click or any SMTP provider. Mail leaves your address, replies land in your inbox, and your own domain carries the reputation instead of a shared pool.

Every step a different argument

Step two is not a nudge asking whether they saw step one. It is the next proof point: the ad spend, the traffic slide, the AI answer that named someone else.

It stops when they answer

A reply or a booking cancels every remaining step immediately. Nobody gets the breakup email after they already said yes.

How it works

Outreach Sequences in three steps

1

Connect your mailbox

Google sign-in takes one click and asks for permission to send and nothing more. Any SMTP provider works too. Sending is capped at 50 a day with human spacing between messages.

2

Enrol a list

Pick the businesses you want from a scan and drop them into a sequence. Each one gets an opener written from its own numbers, with the audit report link attached.

3

Review, then let it run

You read the first email before anything leaves. After that it paces itself, tracks opens and clicks, and cancels the moment somebody replies or books.

Questions

Outreach Sequences, answered

Whose mailbox does the email come from?

Yours. Connect Gmail with one click or point it at any SMTP provider. The mail leaves your address, replies come back to your inbox, and your domain carries the sending reputation. Nothing is sent from a shared SellSEO pool.

Can SellSEO read my inbox?

No. The Google connection asks for permission to send and nothing else. There is no scope in it that would allow reading, searching or deleting anything in your mailbox, and none is requested.

How many can I send a day?

Fifty per mailbox per day, with human spacing between messages. That cap is deliberate. Outreach that is worth sending at all is worth sending at a volume that keeps your domain healthy.

What actually goes in the emails?

Each step is drafted from that specific business's data: the keyword they sit on page two for, what the businesses above them are earning from it, the ads they are already buying, or the AI answer that names a competitor. The audit report link goes with it so the claim is checkable.

What stops a sequence?

A reply, a booking, or you stopping it by hand. Any of the three cancels every step still queued for that business, straight away.

Do I have to approve every email?

You read the first one before anything is sent, which is where you set the tone. After that the sequence runs on its own, and you can open, edit or stop any queued step at any point.

Can I export instead of sending from here?

Yes. Any list exports as CSV in a shape other sending tools accept, if you would rather find and prove with SellSEO and deliver somewhere else.
