Website Pipeline

An SEO client pipeline that updates itself

Every business you have scanned, with its audit report, its contacts, its sequence and its proposal attached, on a board that moves stages when the prospect acts.

One workspace for the whole cycle, from first scan to signed retainer.

Why it matters

What Website Pipeline changes

Stages that move on their own

An opened report, a reply, a booking or an accepted proposal each move the business along. You are reading a board that reflects reality, not one you have to maintain.

Everything attached to the business

Rankings, the audit report, the contacts you unlocked, the sequence that is running, the proposal and its status, all on one record instead of across four tools.

A list or a board, your choice

Work it as a sortable list when you are prospecting in volume, and as a board when you are closing. Same data, same records, two views.

How it works

Website Pipeline in three steps

1

Scans fill it

Every business a scan finds lands here scored, along with anything the audit widget captured and anything you added by hand.

2

You work the top of it

Build the report, unlock the contact, enrol the sequence. Each action is one click from the record rather than a trip to another screen.

3

It keeps its own state

Opens, replies, bookings and acceptances all move the stage. What you see on Monday morning is what actually happened over the weekend.

Questions

Website Pipeline, answered

Is this a full CRM?

It is a prospecting pipeline built for one job: taking a business from an unqualified name in a search result to a signed SEO retainer. It holds the scan data, the audit report, the contacts, the outreach and the proposal for each business. It is not trying to be the system your delivery team runs in afterwards.

What moves a business between stages?

The prospect does, mostly. Opening the audit report, replying, booking a call and accepting a proposal each move the stage. You can also move anything by hand when a conversation happens somewhere the software cannot see.

Can I add businesses that did not come from a scan?

Yes. Referrals, inbound from the audit widget, and anyone you already had in a spreadsheet can be added and then scanned like anything else.

Does it show me why a business is worth chasing?

Every record carries its score and the signals behind it: the wasted ad spend, the near-miss keyword, the traffic direction, the AI probe result. The reason to call is on the card, not buried in a report.

Can I export the pipeline?

Yes. Lists export as CSV, which is the usual route into a finance sheet or another tool your team already lives in.

Does keeping a business here cost credits?

No. Credits pay for scans and verified contact unlocks. Holding, organising and working the pipeline costs nothing on any plan.
